Access DuPage staff is available to answer questions or address concerns between
9am – 4pm, Monday through Friday at (630) 510-8720, although the office typically closes for lunch from 12-1pm. Our staff and auto-attendant may also be available by phone after hours. Our fax number is (630) 510-8707.
Who to contact
Enrollment- in regards to the status of applications and to order new enrollment materials.
Drug Assistance- in regards to medication questions, override requests for medications at a pharmacy, and drug assistance programs through pharmaceutical companies.
Referral Coordination- in regards to any kind of referral (specialty, eye, etc.).
Access Dupage Administration- in regards to administrative and operational issues for Access DuPage.
Patient Navigation- in regards to the Breast and Cervical Cancer Navigation Project.
